Castrol Ultratak

Multipurpose lithium complex grease which has special properties in wet environments.

Primarily suited for earthmoving bucket pins, ball, roller and plain bearings under high load.

Castrol Spheerol LMM

Replaces LMM

Heavy duty grease combining molybdenum disulphide with extreme pressure additives.

For use where shock load protection is required for automotive ball joints and constant velocity joints.

Castrol Premium Heavy Duty

(Replaces LMX Grease)

Designed for plain and roller bearing applications operating at temperatures beyond the limits of conventional Lithium greases.

The excellent stability, load carrying and high temperature performance of Castrol Premium Heavy Duty make it particularly suitable for use in wheel bearings of vehicles operating at high speeds over long distances, or where prolonged heavy braking is likely to give higher than normal hub temperatures.

Premium Heavy Duty is Castrol’s primary recommendation for vehicles operating with disc brakes. It is also recommended for general purpose greasing on a wide range of industrial plant, particularly if operating under conditions of high load and temperature.

Never mix greases

Remove old grease from the bearing or cavity before a new product is applied.

Application

Suitable for use in wheel bearings of vehicles operating at high speeds over long distances, or where prolonged heavy braking is likely to give higher than normal hub temperatures.

Castrol Spheerol HTB

Non-melting bentone clay based grease suitable for very high temperature applications up to 200°C.

Ideal for front wheel bearings in cars with disc brakes operating at very high temperatures.

Castrol Spheerol EPL range

Multipurpose extreme pressure greases displaying both high melting point and water resistant characteristics.

Suitable for plain roller and ball bearings and chassis lubrication.

General automotive, industrial and marine applications.

These greases have been formulated with additives that provide good film strength under medium to high loads.

Spheerol epl 0 (replaces epl 0)

Grease filled gear boxes.

Spheerol epl 2 (replaces epl 2)

Multipurpose extreme pressure lithium based grease displaying high wear resistant characteristics.

Suitable for plain and roller bearings over a wide variety of applications. Also suitable for chassis lubrication.

Castrol SBX grease range

Lithium complex grease primarily designed to meet the SKF requirements for sugar mill roller bearing grease.

The extreme load capacity makes it ideal for bucket pins, plain bearings and other heavy duty applications in the mining, sugar milling and general industrial industries.

Suitable for low speed bearings and some open gear applications.

The 5% molybdenum disulphide in Castrol SBX Grease meets certain minimum requirements of OEM’s such as Caterpillar and Komatsu.
