If you have an issue within your guarantee period, complete the claim form
You need to complete the Claim Form for any issues experienced during the guarantee period. In order for your claim to be valid you will need to have a copy of your original invoice stating that Castrol oil was used at a participating Castrol Service outlet.
Once your claim form is validated you will be contacted by Castrol to inform you of the next steps. You will need to return your vehicle to the workshop where the oil was fitted for them to do a full inspection of your vehicle. A full report/outcome and next steps will then be shared with you.
