TRANSMAX ATF Z
Replaces Castrol TRANSMAX Z
Castrol TRANSMAX ATF Z, formulated with Smooth Drive Technology™, is a full synthetic automatic transmission fluid. It can solve shiftability problems in automatic transmissions, enabling longer transmission life. It is recommended for use in automatic and semi-automatic transmissions used in cars, buses and coaches. As such, it is recommended for fleets employing a mixture of Voith, Renk, ZF, Allison and MB transmissions alongside the Leyland Pneumocyclic and Hydracyclic units. Extended oil drain [120.000 km] in ZF Ecomat and EcoLife, MB AT and Voith AT. TRANSMAX ATF Z, formulated with Smooth Drive Technology™, delivers enhanced protection and gives drivers a smoother drive for longer.
Application
Recommended for buses, coaches and commercial vehicles operating under heavy loads or extreme conditions wherever General Motors type fluids are recommended.

TRANSMAX ATF Dex/Merc Multivehicle
Replaces Castrol ATF Dex III
Castrol TRANSMAX ATF Dex/Merc Multivehicle is recommended for use in GM and Ford vehicles requiring Dexron III or Mercon fluids and the automatic transmissions of a wide range of Japanese cars, light commercial vehicles and SUVs. Additionally, it is suitable for use in most European passenger Cars requiring a Dexron III/Mercon fluid.
Application
It is fully compatible with earlier Dexron and Mercon type fluids and maybe used for topping up or completely replacing it.
Castrol ATF Dex III is dyed red to distinguish it from engine oils should leakage occur.

TRANSMAX Offroad FD 60
Replaces BP Autran FD 60
Castrol Transmax Offroad FD 60 is a monograde final drive lubricant recommended for use in Caterpillar final drives according to their FD-1 requirements.
NB: Not recommended for use in Caterpillar transmissions as it does not meet the frictional requirements.

Castrol TranSynd 668 is a premium, full-synthetic automatic transmission fluid specifically formulated for Allison Transmission® on-highway automatic transmissions. TranSynd 668 provides oxidative stability, anti-wear performance, and friction durability, as well as TES 668™ specification differentiators such as extended anti-shudder durability and extended clutch friction durability.
