KARTING AUSTRALIA

Castrol has a long history of involvement with Australian karting at the top level, dating back to the 1980s and 90s through the sponsorship of the Castrol Grand Prix at Oran Park. That relationship continues on today with Castrol EDGE is a presenting partner of the Australian Kart Championship.

Castrol's historical karting involvement includes its long-time support of the DAP team and Jim Morton-led Tony Kart team during the 1990s in which current V8 Supercar driver James Courtney was a part of on his way to winning dual World Karting Championships.

 

As the presenting partner of the Australian Karting Championship, Castrol is looking to the stars of tomorrow as they usher in a new era of Australian motorsport talent.
