Lucio Cecchinello Racing or LCR began in 1996 with just two mechanics and one van as it progressed through the Grand Prix racing ranks.
LCR spent 14 seasons combined in 125cc and 250cc racing before progressing to the premier class, MotoGP in 2006 where the team grew to contain 46 personnel across two top level entries.
Presented the ‘Best Independent Team’ award in 2016, LCR has achieved large success in Grand Prix racing having taken 24 victories, 82 podiums, two ‘Rookie of the Years’ and one ‘Runner Up’ prize, as the squad continues to expand, entering the MotoE World Cup as well.
