Exciting rally talent Meirion Evans and Chris Ingram will pilot the first pair of Toyota GR Yaris Rally2’s to run on the stages in the UK, as they join forces to create the Castrol MEM Rally Team in the adrenaline-fuelled 2024 British Rally Championship. Run by Melvyn Evans Motorsport, the two-car line-up will see the pair drive the latest Rally2 machinery from Toyota Gazoo Racing, decorated with a stunning Castrol livery.
2024 is shaping up to be a stellar year for the outfit, claiming a win and a podium in the opening rally of season. In the second outing, the team cemented their achievements with a further podium and top-five result.
There is no better proving ground than that of the UK’s toughest rally stages. From gravel tracks to unpaved roads, the British Rally Championship is a true test of driver and co-driver skill and car performance.
