Castrol POWER1 4T 10W-40 is a part synthetic engine oil developed for the latest generation 4-stroke motorcycle engines.

 

POWER1 4T with Power Release Formula is designed specifically for bikers who love the exhilaration of riding. It is designed to enable your bike to deliver maximum and sustained power right up to very high operating rpm thus offering a significant advantage over other motorcycle engine oils. The formulation reduces internal losses in the engine, whilst retaining optimum wet clutch performance to ensure efficient transfer of power to the rear wheel.

Castrol POWER1 R 40 is a castor-based lubricant containing specially prepared additives to prevent rapid deterioration through oxidation. Its superior oiliness over mineral oils, imparted by the chemical structure of its components, gives it a great affinity for hot surfaces and provides excellent load-carrying properties which is an
important consideration with highly stressed engines running at peak revolutions.

 

Application


Recommended for highly stressed engines running at peak revolutions. Also recommended for classic motorcycles. Where special cam shafts are fitted, there may be a case for using Castrol POWER1 R 40 as the small areas in contact will be heavily loaded especially where double valve springs are fitted.
