Castrol has teamed up with some of the quality independent workshops to create Certified Castrol Auto Service workshops, offering professional, quality and trusted auto servicing. As selected Castrol Auto Service workshops, they are audited and certified by a reputable independent auditing agency to provide assurance, credibility and peace of mind to consumers in Malaysia.

 

Currently, over 70 Certified Castrol Auto Service workshops in Klang Valley and Johor Bahru have been independently audited, and their performance have achieve the standards against the 19 key Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and 35 audit criteria set by Castrol in the following areas:

  • Workshop Appearance
  • Process & Transparency
  • Technical & Equipment
  • Health, Safety & Environment

Consumers can now enjoy a list of offers that is exclusive to Certified Castrol Auto Service workshops such as Castrol Engine Warranty, Parts Warranty and 30-Min Oil Change (available in selected workshops only) with the assurance that they are getting the quality service for their car.
