Choosing the right 10W-30 oil for your car.

A 10W-30 oil flows like a 10 Weight oil from start-up in Winter, but provides the protection of a 30 Weight oil once the engine reaches full operating temperature.  

 

Does your manual specify 10W-30 oil? If so, it means your high performance, high pressure engine needs an oil that flows as easily as a 10 Weight oil in cold temperatures and like a 30 Weight oil once the engine is at full temperature.

There are two things you need to know to find the right oil for your vehicle 1) the viscosity, 2) the manufacture specification requirements. The products on this page are all 10W-30 viscosity and also show the manufacturer specifications details.
